In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by ÇADEM Psychology, in its capacity as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
As ÇADEM Psychology, we take the highest level of security measures possible to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in compliance with the law. This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing psychological counseling and therapy services
- Scheduling appointments and organizing sessions
- Developing and delivering personalized services
- Conducting communication activities
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Ensuring quality standards in service delivery
- Carrying out internal audit and reporting processes
- Using as evidence in legal disputes
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the following parties in accordance with the fundamental principles set out under the Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9:
- Service providers and consulting psychologists
- Business partners and suppliers
- Authorized public institutions and organizations as required by legal obligations
- Audit and consultancy firms
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than those specified above for any purposes.
4. Methods and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our website, telephone, e-mail, or other communication channels.
The collected personal data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions set out in Article 5(2) and Article 6(3) of the Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The legal bases are as follows:
- Your explicit consent
- Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract
- Necessity for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller
- Necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
- Necessity for the protection of public health and the execution of preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services
5. Data Subject Rights (Article 11 of the KVKK)
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding such processing
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or internationally
- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To request notification of corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To object to any result arising against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively via automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data
6. Application Method and Contact Information
You may submit your requests regarding your rights stated above in accordance with Article 13(1) of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, using the following methods:
- By written application with a wet-signed petition, either in person or via notary
- Through a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address
- Using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature
- Via your registered e-mail address in our system.

Your requests will be evaluated and concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
