Office Yoga Exercises and Their Benefits

The 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look 20 metres away for 20 seconds.

  • Taking short breaks whilst working to focus solely on your breathing for a few minutes.
  • Consciously noticing the sounds and smells around you to increase mindfulness in the workplace.
