Art Psychotherapy Experience Group on 23 October at Çadem…

Our workshop series, consisting of 8 sessions, is open to anyone aged 21 and over who wishes to become aware of themselves, explore their inner world, observe their experiences, and undergo the resulting transformation in consciousness.

Insights Gained Through the Art Psychotherapy Experience Group;

✓ The realisation that, throughout the workshop sessions, your insight into your relationships and the roles you play within them has deepened – through the medium of art,

✓ The realisation that you can express emotions and thoughts you struggle to convey through new forms of expression, utilising the creative power of art,

✓ The realisation of the importance of listening to our bodies—which, despite being the closest observers of our lives, we often overlook—and the role and impact of body awareness on our spiritual journey,

✓ The awareness of how the boundaries we draw around ourselves out of a protective instinct affect our ability to move, and the importance of recognising these boundaries,

✓ The awareness that our unspoken past experiences, which hinder the exploration of our emotional side, can be brought to light through our inner ‘ability to cope with trauma’, thereby activating our emotional power,

✓ Art Psychotherapy offers the conscious awareness that there is not just one ‘you’ to be discovered within, but many different ‘you’s, and that a transparent veil lies before each of them.
