Building Self-Confidence
Self-confidence is the way a person subjectively evaluates themselves. An individual assesses how positive or negative their own characteristics are. It involves being aware that positive thoughts can lead to positive or negative emotions. Just as self-confidence can be used as a general concept, it can also be narrowed down or applied to a specific skill. In short, self-confidence is the individual’s awareness of their own worth.
