Persuasion and Influence Skills
Communication is the process of conveying information, ideas, emotions, and skills to others through every conceivable means. During the communication process, an individual incorporates body language, tone of voice, and facial expressions into their communication, establishing a connection with the person they are interacting with by creating a sense of unity. Communication is the way a person expresses themselves. Influence, on the other hand, is the art of having one’s thoughts positively accepted by others and using that positive perception to influence others in the same way.
The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the opportunity to observe their own communication style by encountering different communication styles, thereby gaining awareness of their own communication methods and developing the areas they perceive as needing improvement.
