Effective Leadership
While it is easy to come across a “knowledgeable manager” these days, it is just as difficult to find an “effective manager.” A manager is someone who ensures that the right work gets done. An effective manager, however, is someone who knows how to determine what is right and how to implement it. This training program has been designed to shed light on the questions of “what to do” and “how to do it” for managers. The “Effective Leadership Training,” which incorporates globally recognized techniques, also addresses Peter Drucker’s 11 Steps—Drucker is widely regarded as the “most effective mind and the youngest intellect” in the business and management community, and is also known as “the man who invented management.”
According to Peter Drucker, the 11 steps to becoming an Effective Manager are:
- Identifying strengths
- Determining performance
- Communicating with managers
- Viewing through a manager’s lens
- Efficiency in resource management
- Establishing effective communication
- Making decisions regarding people
- Monitoring team performance
- Being able to look at the outside world
- Knowing when to let go
- Identifying opportunities created by innovation
The training content includes:
What Are Management, a Manager, and a Leader?
Differences Between Management and Leadership
What Are Management and Leadership Skills?
What Is a Leader-Manager and Why Is It Necessary
