Psychologists from ÇADEM Psychology & Research will be holding an informative seminar for individual participants or staff members of organisations receiving our services. Whilst the ongoing global pandemic continues to have a negative impact on individuals, it is also affecting couples and families in various ways. Experiencing intense emotions such as stress, anxiety, uncertainty and fear of contracting the disease, along with changes to daily routines, the need for physical distancing, schools switching to remote learning, and situations such as being unable to go to work or being forced to go to work, can affect couple and family relationships in various ways. During this period, families need to develop individual coping strategies and ensure these strategies are aligned with one another. This upcoming online information session will provide information on the effects of the pandemic on relationships and strategies that can help couples and families cope with this situation.
Individual participation fee: 75 TL
Event date: Saturday 12 December
Event time: 15:00–16:30
